The Pandan Man Story

Pandan Man was founded amidst the lockdowns of the COVID pandemic and a deep longing for our favourite Southeast Asian dessert, Singapore’s famed Pandan Cake. With our inability to travel and the days since our last visit to Singapore piling up, we eventually decided to channel the spirit of the Lion City and recreate the Pandan Cake recipe ourselves. After many failed attempts, countless tastings, and lots of helpful feedback from our friends and family, we finally perfected our recipe and are excited to bring Singapore’s beloved Pandan Cake to Hong Kong
