How should I keep the products fresh and when should I consume them?

We take pride in preparing everything fresh for your order, with no preservatives. Please find the serving instructions below:

*Classic Pandan Chiffon Cakes*:

Keep refrigerated if not consumed within the day. For the best fluffy texture, enjoy within the day, or consume within 4 days if stored in the fridge.

*Cream Pandan Cakes*:

Store in the refrigerator between 2-4°C. It can be kept at room temperature for a maximum of one hour and should be eaten within 2 days of receipt.

*Buttercream Pandan Cakes*:

Refrigerate between 2-4°C. Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving. It can be left out for 2-3 hours at room temperature. For optimal taste, finish within the day, and consume within 2 days after receipt.

*Cookies*:

Store at room temperature and enjoy within the day.

*Pandan Mochi*:

Keep at room temperature and enjoy within the same day.

What are our sizes options?

We usually have sizes of 4”, 6” or 8” for our pandan cakes. 4” is good for 3-4 people, 6” for 4-6 people and 8” for 7-10 people.

How do I order?

Use the "Add" button to add products to the shopping cart.

You will then be able to select your dining preference of either Pickup or Delivery.

Select your store location for Pick up or enter your address for delivery with date and time.

Apply any discount code you may have at the last stage of checkout.

Once you confirm, you will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately.

Can I make changes to my order?

You may either contact us via info@pandanman.com.hk or phone us at 6608-3280 and let us know your request.

Please note that we will not make any changes 48 hours before fulfillment.

Store Pickup & Delivery

How can I receive the products?

We offer self pick up at our shops and delivery service within the Hong Kong SAR (except Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok including Hong Kong International Airport, and Hong Kong Disneyland)

What is required for picking up my order at shop?

Please present your order confirmation email in person or order number at the selected store upon arrival. Personal information (such as contact number) might be needed for verification purposes.

What if there is a sudden weather warning?

Our stores will be closed until typhoon signal no.8 or black rainstorm is lifted. All pick up service will be suspended until the weather signals are lifted. However, we will continue to fulfill your delivery orders.
